WHAT IS FUEL FITNESS BOOT CAMP?
Fuel Fitness Boot Camp is a results focused weight loss and muscle building fitness boot camp. With only 30 minute sessions, our camps are able to deliver body challenging exercises that produce amazing results every time.
Our camps use a combination of weightlifting and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with active rest training to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism for over 36 hours after a workout.
Every camp is led by an experienced trainer who can modify or advance all class movements making it the perfect workout for all fitness levels! The camps are designed to be high energy, extremely fun, and a dash of challenge so that you maximize weight loss and muscle toning.
All of our camps are set in a group setting which helps increase motivation and creates a fun loving family atmosphere of group accountability. Fuel extends far outside our doors though with fun group outings and events to give back to the community, our Fuel Fam are always looking for ways to get together and have a GREAT time!
